Letrozet Tablets are an anti-cancer medication that contains the active ingredient letrozole. This medicine is used to treat some kinds of breast cancer in women after menopause, such as hormone-receptor-positive breast cancer. Letrozole is further used to protect against the return of cancer. A natural hormone called estrogen stimulates the growth of certain breast cancers. The most common side effects of Letrozole 2.5mg tablets include hot flashes, fatigue, increased sweating, and increased level of cholesterol.
