Biotin

Biotin, commonly known as vitamin B7 or vitamin H, is a vitamin found in foods such as eggs, milk, and bananas. Biotin is an essential component of enzymes in the body, which break down compounds such as fats, carbohydrates, and others. A lack of biotin can result in hair loss and a rash on the face. Biotin is prescribed to treat biotin deficiency. It's also widely used to treat hair loss, brittle nails, and other issues. It increases hair thickness and volume while also stimulating keratin synthesis, making your hair stronger and reducing hair fall. The calcium element of the pill encourages hair development while also improving the health and durability of your nails.

Biotin deficiency is uncommon, although it can arise in people who have specific medical problems, such as genetic diseases that interfere with biotin metabolism, or who take particular medications for an extended period of time.  When ingested at the appropriate dietary amounts, biotin is generally regarded as safe.
